Map a network drive on a Mac computer

Following article explains how you can add a network drive/ folders on  your Mac Computer.

I’m not a regular Mac user and it took me much time to figure out when I wanted to add a network drive on to an iMac. After much Googling, I found out some solution, most of those articles were just text only guidance. The following article will be very useful for people who are new to Mac and trying to figure out how each of the items explained in other forums will look like on your Mac. This is a step by step pictorial guidance to get your network folder or a drive on to your newly bought Mac 😉

1) Click on Go then Connect to Server…

2) Enter the server details/ share details of the Folder or Drive you want to access and click Connect.

3) Provide your domain name, user name and password.
